Summer Admission Information
Summer session is slightly different from our regular fall, winter and spring quarters.
- Summer Session is Accelerated
Most summer classes are only 6 weeks long, whereas regular quarter-length classes in fall, winter, and spring last 12 weeks. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all students limit their enrollment to no more than 2 classes to enhance academic success, as the same amount of material is covered in a shorter timeframe. - Full-time Enrollment for Summer Session
F-1 students are required to enroll in a minimum of 6 units for the summer quarter (compared to 12 units for other terms). These 6 units must be on-campus or hybrid.
Please note: Failure to comply will result in the termination of your F-1 status.
