Welcome to the MHWC
Our Services
We provide up to ten one-on-one individual therapy sessions to registered De Anza students each academic year, from Fall through Spring quarter. Session limits reset every Fall and do not carry over to the following year. During the Summer quarter, students are eligible for up to four individual therapy sessions. For those who may need more than the allotted sessions or are seeking longer-term support, we also offer access to an online therapy service called Uwill.
The best way to request an appointment with the MHWC is to email us. Please include your name, CWID, and availability for the quarter and a short statement that you are requesting services. Please note you must be and remain registered and enrolled in at least one class throughout the entire quarter to utilize our services.
You are welcome to stop by in person to learn more about our services. We are available on campus Monday through Thursday, with appointments from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Fridays, we are available remotely via Zoom from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We also offer workshops and support groups, as well as these online services, available anytime:
- A new service called Uwill has replaced TBH, providing online mental health support for De Anza students.
