Registration Steps

Here are the steps to enroll your child at the Child Development Center:

  • Place your child's name on the waiting list by completing  an application. (Click the yellow button below.) You will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of your application.
  • Your waitlist will remain valid from the submission date until your child reaches 5 years old. Unborn children will have their birthdate assigned as the submission date. 
  • We contact families by email, so be sure to list your primary email for communication with us.  
  • If you receive an admission offer and decline, your application is removed from the queue. 
  • If you receive an enrollment offer, we will provide an offer letter and enrollment packet. 
  • There will be $500 nonrefundable one-time registration fee in addition to advance tuition.
  • You must attend a mandatory orientation session before your child is admitted. Other requirements are described in the center enrollment packet.

Tuition Information

Tuition is based on full-day enrollment, Monday through Friday. Fees include all snacks and meals while your child is in attendance.

De Anza faculty, staff and full-time students (taking at least 12 quarter units) will receive a 10% discount. De Anza students must show proof of registration and completion of courses annually to qualify for the discount.

A sibling discount of 10% is offered for families that enroll more than one child.

The CDC also participates in a state-sponsored funding program to supplement tuition for qualifying households. Eligible De Anza College and Foothill College students may receive free or low-cost child care services.
