    Candidate Orientation and Info Session Debrief

    This item is to debrief after the Candidate Orientations and Informational Sessions to allow any insights and notes for next year's planning. Discussion points may include but aren't limited to: most frequently asked questions from other candidates, time concerns or any candidates that were not able to attend the orientation.

    Presidential Debate Elections Planning

    This item is to continue the planning of the elections, specifically of the Presidential Debate.

    This can include but is not limited to:

    • Sending the Marketing Requests for the promotion of the Elections, Candidates, and Complaint Forms
    • Checking on the types of catering for the Candidate Debate (with Finance's allocated budget) 
    • Sending an email to the Presidential Candidates to inform them of the procedures

    Candidate Orientation and Info Session Debrief - 

    •  Reviewing the people we will disqualify since they missed requirements 
      • Francessca has emailed them to let them know 
    • Gabe has already completed one make up orientation
    • Thursday Night is deadline for people to reach back out regarding makeup session s
    • Intern suggested to have the lights in front of the projectors be off and a packet or something sent out 

    Presidential Debate Elections Planning -

    • Food will be given out before the start of the debate 
      • Restaurant Piiza + snacks + water bottles 
    • Send an email out to presidential candidates about what the debate will look like 
      • Tell them to be respectful 
      • Have a slideshows with the questions behind them
