    This item is to continue the planning of the elections, this can include but is not limited to:

    • Coming up with ideas to promote for the elections. 
    • Sending the Marketing Requests for the Promotion of the Executive Officer Application 
    • Checking the status of the Candidate Orientation Slides (creating a cheat sheet of questions that accompany the slides for every candidate to sign)
    • Checking on the progress of catering for the Candidate Debate 
    • Checking on the student voting website and a complaint form can be added

    • Projects can be simple, they just need to improve the lives some people on campus
