- We're currently available both in person (on campus) and virtually Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

AAP Help Desk
Use the AAP Help Desk for a Quick Question

You can use the AAP Help Desk to send us a question. Here's how:
- First, click the yellow bar that says Log In to AAP Help Desk.
- Once you have logged in, click Ask a Question.
- From the drop-down menu select a question.
- Type in any details that will help us understand your situation, and then click Submit.

Drop-Ins
Drop-In for 10-15 Minutes

Have a quick chat with an AAP counselor or Success Specialist – no appointment needed – during the hours listed below.
Zoom Drop-ins
Click the yellow bar that says "Drop In Via Zoom" to log in for a 10-15 minute online session during these hours
In-Person Drop-ins
For in-person drop-ins, please stop by the General Counseling office front desk during these hours. The General Counseling office is located in the Registration and Student Services (RSS) Building, Second Floor, Room 201
Drop-in Hours:
Depending on the day, you can stop by and speak with a Counselor or Success Specialist in-person or on Zoom. Please see below for details on when and where drop-in will be available:
Drop-in Hours:
- Mondays: 10:00 AM to Noon (Counselor Zoom only, Specialist in-person)
- Tuesdays: 10:00 AM to Noon (Specialist only, Zoom and in-person)
- Wednesdays: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Specialist only, Zoom and in-person)
- Thursdays: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (Counselor Zoom, Specialist in-person)
Spring Registration Extended Drop-in Hours
- Monday, February 23: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (Zoom)
- Thursday, February 26: 9:-00 am to 3:30 pm (In-person)
There will be no drop-in on Tuesday, February 3rd.
There will be no drop-in on Wednesday, February 11th.
Drop-in schedule is subject to change based on availability.NOTE: Please keep in mind that drop-in hours can get busy. You will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be patient. Our team will be with you once it's your turn. We stop adding students to the queue 15-minutes before closing time.

If you are part of a program or Learning Community that has its own counselors, please make an appointment with your program counselor. (You can find your program counselor listed in the Our Counselors directory.)
If you're not part of a program or Learning Community that has its own counselor, you can click the yellow bar below to schedule an appointment with an Academic Awareness Counselor:
- You must complete the AAP Student Self Assessment prior to your appointment with the academic counselor so that they can assist you with completeing an individualized action plan for success. Click this button to begin:
