College Operations

Mission: To create and support a multicultural learning environment.

College Operations ovesees facilities rentals, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), postal services, emergency preparedness, sustainability initiatives, and projects funded by Measures C and G bonds.

The office also serves as De Anza College’s main liaison to the Foothill–De Anza Community College District Facilities Office and Police Department.

Multifunction Printer-Scanners

The Foothill-De Anza Community College District is responsible for building maintenance and repairs (including lights, heating /cooling needs, etc.).

Please contact the district's Facilities & Operations department using their Work Order System. 


Doors and Locks

The Foothill-De Anza Community College District is responsible for doors and locks (including lock issues).  Please contact the District Police Department.
