From the President
We value every student, and we’ll keep you informed of immigration enforcement activity
Oct. 24, 2025
At De Anza, every student belongs. We value you – your safety, your learning, and your well-being – no matter your background, identity, or immigration status.
We know these are anxious times for many in our community, especially our undocumented and mixed-status students. Please know that your safety and education are our priorities.
In accordance with a new state law known as California Senate Bill 98, if there is ever confirmed immigration enforcement presence or activity on campus, we will promptly notify you through email and SMS alerts. We will only share verified information to avoid spreading rumors or speculation.
We encourage anyone who is impacted to connect with the following resources.
