Leadership Academy Overview

The President's Leadership Academy is designed to cultivate skilled, innovative leaders within our community college. Participants will sharpen essential leadership skills, distinguish leadership from management and build a strong network of administrative peers.

Program Highlights

  • Open to administrators in 2025–26; expanding to all employee groups in 2026–27
  • Seven Friday sessions (9 a.m.–2 p.m.) held throughout the academic year
  • Learning includes interaction with community and statewide leaders, professional goal setting, networking and project-based development
  • Participants will collaborate on a Solution Team Project to apply learning in real-world contexts
