    Business Item 1

    • Robert presented the item and provided a brief overview of the program as well as the benefits of the conference. 
    • The request has been revised on line 5510 to $1,7001 from $1,696  in additional funding for the for the FA-CCC Advocacy and Policy Conference. 
    • Kate moved to approve $1,701 to the FA-CCC Conference out of special allocations. 
    • Aaron seconded the motion, no objections.

    • Kate moved to approve $11,351.00 for the replacement of bikes for the DASG Bike program.

    2024-2025 DASG Budget - Fund 41 (DASG General Fund) 

    • For the Finance budget deliberations, an additional senator position needs to be added. For the DASG/ICC/Mentors student scholarship account, it was updated to add $1,500 to the account for one senator. This funding will be moved from the Special Allocations account. The official amount for each account has been listed below: 
    • Student Leader Scholarship = $93,900
    • Fund 41 Special Allocations = $190,643
