    Business Item 1

    Team Accountability Discussion

    • Productivity can improve in comparision to previous years. 
    • Everyone gave their reflections on things that can be done to improve their productivity. 
    • Feedback Points: 
      • Messenger App usage can improve. 
      • Communication overall needs to be streamlined. Requests short notice can be overwhelming. 
      • More specific delegation from the Marketing team for projects - Discord with pings. 
      • Work on checking the groupchat more often; include a Discord channel that includes the interns. 
      • Adding interns to the messenger groupchat was suggested for major ICC Events. 
      • Discord: Finding a way to turn off notifications for different servers. Use top left hand corner of respective server to disable notifications for Discord server. 
      • Use calendar reminders and tabs to be more prompt.

    Discord Discussion 

    • No engagement on Discord or messenger - low participation. 
    • Communication for missing meetings and/or running late is mandatory. You can do so via email to either Joel and/or Maritza. 
    • All members input a response into Discord -- one tip for how to use the Discord and how you believe it can be best utilized. 

    Discord 

    • Provide a task server for an overview of everyone's role responsibilities. 


    Business Item 3

    Club Meeting Attendance

    • It is supposed to be 2 per month of club meetings (2 in person). 
    • Clubs will need to give their meeting reminders/schedule overview otherwise they will be on probation starting next quarter. 
    • 2 club meetings per quarter for each Chair to attend in person per month, no objections. 

    Business Item 4

    Intern Related Code Changes 

    • Committees will be assigned for interns to attend and participate in. 
    • Joel would be present at all of these meetings. 

    Marketing Committee

    • Marketing: Interns will support with content creation, IG Posts, Content Calendar etc. 
    • Marketing request form needs to have categories of what is needed from Programs. 
      • Theme
      • Date/Time 
      • Color Scheme
      • Event Description
    • Goal: What is needed in order to effectively market events?

    Interns

      • Support with events/cleanup/setup.
      • Support with commitees. 


    Club Affairs

      • Supprt club orientations
      • Communication with clubs 
      • Interns reaching out to Chairs instead of only from Joel the ICC Chairperson. 

    Public Comments

    • Joel: Last minute ICC dinner thanks for attending last minute, going to do another event soon! What days work best for you? Weekend or during the week? Saturdays seem work best for everyone. Brandon may not be able to make it on the weekends. Joel will message this out into the Discord. 
    • Darin: How often are intern applications evaluated? 
      • Based on Joel's availability, about 20 active interns currently.
