Applicants must provide evidence of a baccalaureate or higher degree, or foreign equivalency, in any subject, a total of 150 semester units, including:

      • 24 Semester (or 36 Quarter) Units of Accounting Subjects  (View course list)
      • 24 Semester (36 Quarter) Units of Business-Related Subjects  (View course list)
      • 10 Units of ethics study, including a minimum of three semester or four quarter units in courses devoted to accounting ethics or accountants' professional responsibilities.(View ACCT 74 - Accounting Ethics)
      • Additional courses identified on the CA CPA website (above)
