Maybe tell a story, or dwell on a particularly memorable image or other part of your experience. Also, write about what you learned at the poetry reading. Did you find something particularly interesting? Surprising? How were you able to participate in making the space? Is the poetry relevant to topics we have discussed in Asian American Literature? How is the poetry relevant to your life and your own experiences? Do you have questions?
