    • Academic Senate provided updates.

    • Finance: Had budget presentation on Monday to the board of trustees. 
    • SRE: Went over resource fair last week; reviewed budget; starting process of contacting programs. 
    • Events: Diversity in Politcs Panel on June 6, 2025; if interested in supporting please let Rami know.

    DASG Marketing Code Revisions

    • Victor presented the item. 


    Some of the updates made include: 

    • Removed pair bonding events; produce marketing material; committees are required to fill out a fully detailed request form.
    • Includes two DASG Social Media Officers and 1 Public Relations Officer. Removed the Vice Chair Role. 
    • Email marketing updates and added marketing liaision tasks to the role.

    DASG Fee Increase

    • Aditya presented the item. 
    • Questions on why DASG senate decided to increase the student body fee. 
    • Kyle motioned to approve the $2 student body fee, Anish seconded the motion, no objections. 

    Business Item 3

    2024–2025 DASG Internal Officer Elections

    • Suggestion came up to have each candidate address different questions per trait. 
    • Candidates will come in 1 by 1, and ask them to stay inside after they finish answering their question. 
    • The senators discussed which questions to ask each of the Elections Commissioner candidates. 

    Harshdeep Singh, Francesca Caccione, Suyash Jevaria all participated in the elections process.

    • All participated in a Q&A. 
    • Closing Statement (no limit)
    • Discussion took place on each of the statements given by each of the candidates based on the selected questions. The senators focused on each of the traits in discussion. 
    • Aditya motioned to got do a 5 min intermission, Matsuko seconded the motion, motion failed.
