You have had to conquer some of the most difficult challenges any student ever had to face through the COVID pandemic and you rose to the occasion. I am pleased to welcome you to the Biological, Health and Environmental Sciences Division (BHES). If you are looking for a supportive and nurturing learning environment where dedicated and knowledgeable faculty and staff are committed to your future, you have come to the right place

- Biological Sciences, including Health and Nutrition
- Environmental Science/ Environmental Studies
- Health Technologies
- Medical Laboratory Technology
The BHES division aspires to excellence in teaching, career preparation and job training. Our mission is to educate and mentor transfer students, students in vocational programs, life-long learners and members of our community.
Consistent with this mission, we are committed to equity and diversity in order to ensure excellence. We also reach out to pre-college students and to the community in which we live, to inspire an interest in our areas of study.
