College Fiscal Services
Our Mission: To provide timely and accurate financial information.
The Office of College Fiscal Services oversees and manages fiscal operations at De
Anza College.
Martin Varlea, the director of College Fiscal Services, is responsible for budget
analysis and De Anza Associated Student Government (DASG) accounts.
Varela, who has been with the Foothill-De Anza Community College District for 30 years, is a Foothill College alumni. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in management, finance and managerial accounting, and a minor in management information systems, from Menlo College. He has held several positions at the district including senior accountant and interim assistant controller/accounting manager.
