Reminder–Your Input Requested
Dear Student,
If you haven't already completed this short, confidential survey, we'd still like your input about students’ drug or alcohol use, so that we can plan and improve services for students who would like assistance.
The survey will only take 2 to 3 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and responses will only be shared in summary form, without any personally identifying information.
