The "What's In Your Heart?" coloring journal is a unique opportunity to experience the therapeutic benefits of coloring and journal writing. Inside this book, there are over 30 hand-drawn images that depict messages of love, loss, heartbreak and healing. As you analyze and color each "heart story," the "love lesson" will unfold.
